We work on all major brands, gas and electric, including sealed-system work, gas ranges and dryers, and built-in units that have to come out of the cabinetry.
We do not service countertop microwaves, small kitchen appliances, HVAC equipment or water heaters.

- Request an appointment
Tell us the appliance, brand, symptom and address on the schedule form. Choose a Morning (8 AM to 12 PM) or Afternoon (12 PM to 4 PM) arrival window, or mark it flexible.
- We confirm the details
The day, arrival window and diagnostic fee are confirmed before the visit. If you opt in, you get text updates, including when the technician is on the way.
- Diagnosis first
The technician tests the appliance, finds the fault and explains it in plain language, with what the repair involves and what it costs.
- You approve, we repair
Nothing is replaced until you say yes. If a part has to be ordered, we set the return visit, then run the appliance after the repair to confirm it works.
What to have ready
The model number matters most: it tells us which parts fit before we drive out. Look for a sticker or metal plate:
- Refrigerator or freezer: inside on a side wall, or behind the bottom kick plate.
- Washer: on the rim of the lid or door opening.
- Dryer: inside the door frame.
- Dishwasher: on the edge of the door, visible when open.
- Range or oven: on the oven door frame or in the storage drawer.
- Cooktop: underneath, inside the cabinet below.
- Built-in microwave: inside the door frame.
Also helpful: any error code, when it started, and a short video of any noise or leak.
Residential and commercial
We repair appliances in homes, rentals and vacation properties, and commercial refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges for small businesses and property managers. If more than one unit needs attention, note it on the schedule form so we can plan the visits together.
Symptoms we fix
If yours is not listed, describe it on the schedule form.
- Won't turn on
No lights or response from the controls. Usually power, a door switch or a control board.
- Not cooling or not freezing
A warm refrigerator, soft ice cream or frost where there should be none. Chest and upright units are on freezer repair.
- No heat
A dryer that tumbles cold or an oven that never reaches temperature.
- Water on the floor
Hoses, pumps, seals and drain lines fail on washers, dishwashers and refrigerators alike.
- Won't drain or won't spin
Standing water after the cycle, or a load that comes out soaked.
- Error code on the display
A code points to a system, not a part. We test before replacing anything.
- New noise or vibration
Grinding, squealing or banging usually means a bearing, motor, fan or pump.
- Burner or oven won't light
Clicking with no flame, or slow ignition. If you smell gas, leave the house and contact your gas utility or propane supplier before anything else.

Is there a diagnostic fee?
We confirm it when we confirm your appointment. After diagnosis you hear what is wrong and what the repair costs before any work begins.
Should I repair or replace it?
We tell you straight after diagnosis, weighing age, part cost and the condition of the rest of the machine. If replacing makes more sense, we say so.
