What we collect

We collect only what we need to schedule and complete your repair and to keep accurate records of the work.

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Service address: where the appliance is, plus any gate codes or access notes you choose to give us.
• Appliance details and problem description: appliance type, brand, model number, approximate age, what it is doing wrong, and any photos you send.
• Messages you send us: emails, texts, form submissions and replies to our updates.
• Chat transcripts: if you use the chat on this website, we keep the conversation.
• Call recordings and transcripts: when a call is handled or recorded, including by an AI assistant, we may keep the recording and a written transcript.
• Payment confirmation details: the amount, date, payment method and a confirmation reference from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data: pages visited, device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• schedule, confirm and perform repairs at your address
• confirm appointments and send service updates, such as arrival-window reminders and parts status
• send invoices and receipts
• ask once for feedback after your service is complete
• process a warranty claim with the administrator you named when you booked
• understand which pages and forms are working so we can improve our service

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or to send marketing you did not ask for.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to text updates, we send appointment confirmations, arrival-window reminders, technician en-route notices, repair status and parts updates, receipts, and a one-time request for feedback after service.

You give consent by checking an optional box on our forms (it is never pre-checked), by agreeing verbally on a call, or by texting us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

In the normal course of a repair, we share your information only with the people and services needed to do the job you asked for:

• Warranty companies and plan administrators, for claims you asked us to handle. They receive the details needed to authorize and pay for the work.
• Our payment processor, to take payment and issue receipts.
• Communications and hosting providers that act on our behalf, such as the services that run this website, deliver texts and emails, and handle calls.

We never sell your information. We may disclose it when the law requires it or when needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We use first-party, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not follow you across other websites.

When you use the schedule form, we store a small first-party value in your browser for that visit so we can tell which page led to your request. It is not used for advertising and it does not follow you to other websites.

Call recording

Calls to and from us may be recorded and transcribed so we can schedule accurately and keep good records. Some calls may be answered or handled by an AI assistant.

You can ask for a person at any time. If someone is available, the call is handed to them. If not, you can leave a voicemail, which is transcribed and delivered to the right person so we can follow up.

How long we keep it

We keep service records, invoices, warranty paperwork and related messages for as long as we need them for service history, warranty and tax purposes.

We do not keep call recordings, transcripts or chat logs longer than the service records they relate to. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Your choices

You can:

• ask what information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• opt out of text messages by replying STOP
• ask us to delete your information where the law allows, keeping in mind that we may need to retain service and tax records

Children

This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
